Evicting a recalcitrant tenant may require a decade's effort. <br />3) Investors purchase housing may be looking mainly for capital appreciation. <br />4) It is widely believed that a lot of unaccounted income is in the form of housing. 5) Politicians like Government housing programs as they can gain kickbacks and also win elections!<br />6) One can see poorly-constructed government housing, without roads, water, sanitation etc going unoccupied in many villages across India.Lakshman .M.
