But I think that the public at large, and definitely the readers of your blog, already knows that. To me, we need bureaucrats and office bearers with spine. People who are willing to stand up to decisions being pushed down their throat. Till that happens these things will keep on happening. I take your exercise to show that law can help bureaucrats develop a spine.... but I think no one is ready to stand up yet. In the absence of the will the laws are meaningless. Very well researched piece but, with full respect to you and your team and all the authors mentioned here, in the absence of desire to stand up laws are just words on paper.
