Iran may have developed offensive cyberwar capabilities

After Stuxnet, Iran seems to have developed offensive cyberwar capabilities, possibly with Russian help.

  1. This is the norm for all nations. Part of state-craft. Did you read about Assange pointing out how the US is doing this with India, and his having tried to seek asylum in India?
