ReplyDeleteAjay,one thing that you have not mentioned is the need for good insolvency laws.Its not given due importance when ruing the lack of BCD nexus.
ReplyDeleteWhen will we have a spectacular bankruptcy like GM getting resolved in a month.Though this again inevitably is linked to Indian legal system which is a different unsavory topic altogether.
